Dan Beato is the man! I watched this video and when he says you can add distance immediately with the "short arm" technique he's not kidding. I watched this video last night and went to the park today using the techniques he's describing here and I added 30-40 feet easy. With a bit more practice I'm sure I can push it even further.
Thanks a million Dan for getting me past the 300' plateau.
