Just an fyi that low reach back you were talking about doesn't necesarily hurt your form, depending on what you are trying to throw. If you are throwing a hyzer-flip, this lower reach back will help you get more power as you come through, due to the extra swing and more natural movement. If you are trying to throw level, or throw a flex shot for max d, then i would not incorporate that low reach back.

The biggest thing I noticed was your follow through, its a bit short. If your arm is pointing directly behind you after release you could add some D. And be as smooth as possible!

Thanks Zman, didn't think anyone was going to respond. Yea, the only thing i picked up on when i slowed the video down was that my reach back was stomach level and not straight back chest level. I couldn't see anything else on my own to improve.

Your form looks great, I wish I was throwing 325-350 '. My best's are around 275-300'.You probleby just need to tweek you discs, and I always find weights and stretching to help also.ZMAN
