slow down on your approach and try not to lean back as your making your throw and get that left arm down by yor side when its out it slows your rotation down. good luck and keep practicing.

Ment to say left elbow at the target not shoulder.

Two words, Balance and Follow-Through. Try rotating in a balanced manner over your plant foot (you seem to pull off to your right) finish your rotation with your left shoulder pointing at your target to complete your follow-through.

also try shortening you last step, it looked like your shoulder was too far behind your last step (hips) and not allowing the fluid transfer of momentum. but like mark said it looks like your trying to throw hard and thats a huge no no, throw smooth and you will get the distance you need. then once you are consistant try adding a little power.

At the very start of the vid, you take a few little, slow steps and then stop for a second before you begin your run up and throw. Try to incorporate those few little slow steps into the start of your throw without stopping. Start a futher back on the tee pad if you have to. This will help you to be more fluid.

Your form is not all that bad. It is a bit jerky and unbalanced. It looks like you have good snap.

Rather than trying to throw hard, instead work on throwing smooth, flat and balanced. Be graceful, like a dancer.
