After our Central Texas Disc Golf Meetup round at Wilco, three of us went down to Disc Nation's putting contest at the BeerNurd Fest in Austin.

Played one round with my wife Val and my 5 yr old Jonathan.I played good but I came as close to kicking my bag or throwing a disc than I ever have. I am not frustrated that I dont seem to improve, its that I can't seem to stop missing 3-10ft putts ALL THE TIME!.I must be doing something wrong and I can't seem to iron it out with practice... years of practice!. Went out and played today at Knollwood course. I was shooting well, I have shot better but I definitely wasn't doing poorly. I hit the basket 5 different times, on different holes.Came so close. I hate it when I do that its like come on just give me the friggin ace! But atleast I am pretty sure I will do well when the Ace Race comes to Knollwood. Since its most aces or most metal hit.
