Week of July 1: This week's program has results from the past weekend, the latest winner of the Microtel Disc Golfer of Distinction Award, the season's points and money leaders, this week's disc golf news and a preview of this upcoming Holiday weekend action.

Golden State NT Results, A Worlds Preview, and Disc Golfing in Japan

Week of June 23: This week's episode has the results from California and the Golden State Classic NT event, along with an interview with Kevin Dowd, the assistant tournament director for the 2008 Pro/Am Disc Golf World Championships. We'll also take a brief glimpse at disc golf in Japan and highlight the latest player ratings update.

When did you discover and begin playing this best of all sports?: In 2000. My buddy and I were going to attend a World's Biggest event at our couse (which at the time consisted of 9 barrowed tone-poles from the Tri-Cities club) and ended up getting lost on the wrong side of the park. However, my buddy went back later and found the course and bought a disc. Our club ended up winning the World's Biggest competition and won 5 baskets, while the club was awarded a matching funds grant for 5 more baskets. I went back 6 months later with a DX Banshee and was hooked ever since!
