Tour de Rizbee 2008 - New England, New Courses!

I'm about to go on vacation for 11 days, 4 of which will comprise the 2008 Tour de Rizbee. For each of the past four years my son and I have done a disc golf road trip where we drive like crazy and play lots of disc golf (www.teamrizbee.com). Last year's trip covered 21 days, 60 courses, 1,000 holes, and 11 states. This year's trip is much shorter but should be pretty exciting. Ready for Wii Disc Golf!!

Rizbee Our household got a Wii last Christmas, and we've been playing it off and on since then. Super Mario Galaxy, The Simpsons and Guitar Hero are great, but we seem to play Wii Sports the most, particularly the golf game. Road Trip to the O.C.

A.J., Ryan and I headed up to O.C. for a lille mini-tour yesterday. We were accompanied by Katie and one of her friends, who were probably the MVP's of the trip because they were such good sports. We stopped first at Deerfield Community Park in Irvine, which none of us had played before. Good use of park space - 3 baskets that are used twice and 6 light poles each used twice. bty...I've never even held a DX disc. What's the difference in play? My favortie disc is the Destroyer then the Wraith so maybe I should check those out.

It's sweet though, fully lit for glow with fairways lit by rope lights, gates and nets to block shots, a throw over a tent to a basket in a stump, and tee signs showing length in inches! I shot -9 both times on the front 9, and a -16 then a -15, witnessing 3 aces the 2nd time around.
