OK, So I am having surgery on my shoulder to repair two torn muscles. I have been playing all this time without knowing that the two muscles were torn. One of the muscles is part of my rotator cuff and the other attaches the humerous to the shoulder socket. I am going to be out for at least 4 months for recovery and rehabilitation. I guess that means I was not playing to my full ability! LOL I can't wait until next season when I can throw with full use of all muscles in my arm and shoulder worki… Continue
