Got some distance back, shaky foehand and first blog post

Over the last couple of months, I have lost some distance and control on my drives and especially my Roc shots. They were not going as far as before and were not turning-up as much as I thought they should be. I haven't been playing much DG the last couple of months (maybe once a week at best) due to family issues and I thought that might have something to do with having a hard time getting my distance. YEA i know all the old schoolers throw the ROC -and i have 2 in my bag a 12 time and a 95 champ but i just dont seem to bust em out during serious time.
I prefer the 12 time wraith , i have a high/mid to high power arm ,i can land a wraith as far as i want and land it straight (well like 400).
i use a star aviar for puttin/mid range.
